DOMiNO says illegal waste dumping is terrorist act

ZAGREB, 8 Sept (Hina) - The Home and National Rally (DOMiNO) party said on Tuesday that illegal waste dumping in Gospić and elsewhere in Croatia was "absolutely a terrorist act" against the population that could only be deterred through tougher penalties.
