Findings confirm severe pollution from waste in Gospić and Varaždin

ZAGREB, 7 Sept (Hina) - Expert findings and analyses commissioned by the USKOK anti-corruption office have confirmed that waste dumped in Varaždin continues to pose a source of ongoing pollution as long as it remains at the site, while an illegal landfill in Divoselo near Gospić has contaminated local groundwater with microplastics.
