Centre party: Those responsible, not citizens, should pay for Gospić clean-up

ZAGREB, 8 Sept (Hina) - Centre party leader Marijana Puljak said on Tuesday that the clean-up of waste in Gospić must be paid for by those responsible for the pollution, not citizens, suggesting that the cost could instead be covered by scrapping thousands of "unnecessary, mostly HDZ party-appointed management posts".
