ZAGREB, 2 Sept (Hina) - The EU's upcoming seven-year budget must continue to fund cohesion and agricultural policies, European Council President António Costa said on Wednesday in Zagreb, one of the stops on his tour aimed at forging a compromise on a document crucial to the European Union's future.
