Civic groups: Waste problem is structural and requires prevention

ZAGREB, 2 Sept (Hina) - Ante Franić of the Citizens' Group to Save Lika said on Wednesday that the waste problem was structural and reflected security failures, while Daria Došen of the Gospić Is Our Home initiative said preventive measures were needed to prevent risks to public safety.
