Croatian tourism competitiveness gap widening, say employers

ZAGREB, 10 April (Hina) - The growth in foreign overnight stays has slowed over the past three years, widening the competitiveness gap, while real tourism revenues have fallen for the third consecutive year, with Croatia being the only comparable destination to record a negative result, the Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP) said on Friday.
