Pay rises no longer an exception in SE Europe but key to retaining talent

ZAGREB, 9 April (Hina) - More than three-quarters of employers in Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina plan to raise wages, mostly by up to 10%, according to the recruitment company Manpower’s latest report on regional pay and employment trends for the first half of the year.
