ZAGREB, 19 Feb (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Thursday that neither he nor his party, the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), accept ultimatums from anyone and that he would hold talks with all partners upon returning to Zagreb, amid tensions within the ruling coalition.
