ZAGREB, 10 Dec (Hina) - Prime Minister and HDZ leader Andrej Plenković, accompanied by a party delegation and presidential candidate Dragan Primorac, laid a wreath and lit a candle at the grave of Franjo Tuđman at Zagreb's Mirogoj Cemetery on Tuesday, marking the 25th anniversary of the death of the first Croatian president.
