Supreme Court must decide on DORH-EPPO competence disputes, says Benčić

ZAGREB, 4 Dec (Hina) - MP Sandra Benčić has again asked the government to amend the law on implementing the Regulation establishing the European Public Prosecutor's Office in Croatia so that competence disputes between it and the State Attorney’s Office are not decided by the state attorney general but the Supreme Court.
