Gov't presents unions with improved offer as negotiations continue

ZAGREB, 3 Dec (Hina) - The government’s negotiating team offered public service unions a salary base increase of 2% from 1 March and another 2% from 1 September, but no agreement was reached on Tuesday. Negotiations will continue after both sides review the government's offer and the unions' demands.
