Record fines for election rule violations in Bosnia and Herzegovina

ZAGREB, 17 Sept (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Central Election Commission (SIP) imposed more than €100,000 in fines on political parties at a session in Sarajevo on Thursday, mainly for premature campaigning, with around half the total imposed on Serb leader Milorad Dodik's SNSD.
