Croatian association urges evidence-based approach to short-term rental restrictions

ZAGREB, 11 Sept (Hina) - The Association of Small Family Holiday Lettings (SMOi) said on Friday, that more bans would not necessarily mean more homes, and called for any restrictions on short-term rentals to be based on robust data and a demonstrable link to the housing crisis.
