Multiple-vote shares being introduced under Companies Act changes

ZAGREB, 17 Sept (Hina) - Amendments to the Companies Act will introduce multiple-vote shares, while companies will also be allowed to acquire and dispose of their own shares, Justice Minister Damir Habijan said on Thursday.
