ZAGREB, 16 Sept (Hina) - Former prime minister of the Croat Republic of Herceg-Bosna Jadranko Prlić, convicted by the ICTY of war crimes against Bosniaks, has asked the UN Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) for early release, expressing remorse and saying crimes are committed by individuals, not peoples.
