HAKOM e-appeal system temporarily unavailable after security incident

ZAGREB, 14 Sept (Hina) - Croatia's telecom regulator HAKOM said on Monday that its e-appeal information system had been temporarily taken offline due to a security incident in which submitted requests for dispute resolution between electronic communications operators and users were accessed without authorisation.
