Average price of new-build flats €2,994 per square metre in H1 2026

ZAGREB, 7 Sept (Hina) - The average price of a square metre of new-build flats sold in Croatia in the first half of 2026 was €2,994, up 8.7% year on year and 4.6% from the second half of 2025, according to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (DZS).
