Urgent groundwater monitoring needed to protect water in Lika, says expert

ZAGREB, 13 Sept (Hina) - Water resources expert Josip Rubinić says that, alongside the removal of hazardous waste in Gospić, urgent monitoring of groundwater in the surrounding area and at water supply sources, as well as of the surface waters of the Novčica and Lika rivers, is needed to protect water resources in Lika.
