HOF Capital acquires Porsche's stakes in Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac

ZAGREB, 9 Sept (Hina) - A transaction worth around €1 billion in which a consortium led by HOF Capital has acquired stakes in Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac from Porsche has been completed, Rimac Group said on Wednesday, adding that Rimac Group will remain the majority owner of Bugatti Rimac.
