FM: Serbia assumes responsibility for Mladić’s crimes by identifying itself with him

ZAGREB, 28 Aug (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković said on Friday that Serbia had assumed direct responsibility for the crimes committed by convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić by announcing plans for a state funeral for him.
