ZAGREB, 28 Aug (Hina) - Biljana Plavšić, former Republika Srpska president convicted for war crimes by the Hague tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, said on Friday that she felt "terrible" over the death of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić, whom she personally dismissed as military commander in 1996 after he was indicted.
