ZAGREB, 7 Aug (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković said on Friday equality of the constituent peoples was the foundation of BiH's survival and stability, and must be guaranteed through fair representation in governing bodies at all levels, but he claimed Bosniaks were the most disadvantaged.
