Virkkunen: Europe needs both public and private investment for digital sovereignty

ZAGREB, 9 July (Hina) - Europe must act quickly and jointly to achieve digital sovereignty and boost its technological competitiveness by mobilising institutions, research, talent and private investment alongside public funding, EC Executive Vice-President for Tech Sovereignty Henna Virkkunen said on Thursday.
