Danko Končar agrees €200mn deal for takeover of Sisak steel plant

ZAGREB, 1 July (Hina) - The Sisak steel plant, previously owned by Italy’s ABS from the Danieli group, could be taken over by the international metallurgy group Afarak Group, says a statement released on Wednesday by entrepreneur Danko Končar’s team. Končar has reportedly secured a preliminary agreement worth around €200 million.
