Croat kindergarten in Tavankut starts operating after year-long procrastination

ZAGREB, 14 May (Hina) - The “Anđeli čuvari” kindergarten in the village of Tavankut, built with Croatian funding, began operating on Thursday after receiving approval from the Subotica city assembly to provide education in the Croatian language, a decision long advocated by the Croatian National Council (HNV) in Serbia.
