Bosnia and Herzegovina Catholic bishops: Outvoting Croats amounts to ethnic apartheid

ZAGREB, 12 May (Hina) - The Justice and Peace Commission of the Bishops’ Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina stated on Tuesday that the continued obstruction of legitimate political representation for Croats as a constituent people amounts to “ethnic apartheid”.
