Rutte praises Montenegro for promoting pease and stability in W. Balkans

ZAGREB, 12 May  (Hina) - NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte praised Montenegro’s commitment to the alliance in Podgorica on Tuesday, particularly highlighting the fact that this country allocates more than 2% of its GDP to defence.
