Fines for undeclared work can reach up to €8,000

ZAGREB, 4 May (Hina) - For employers who are found to have undeclared workers three times within three years, fines can reach up to €8,000 – this is one of the new measures in the amendments to the Law on Combating Undeclared Work, which will be put to public consultation on Tuesday and is expected to go into force in mid-June.
