Plenković at EU summit: Key news is unblocking of Ukraine loan

ZAGREB, 24 April (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Friday, ahead of an informal EU summit in Nicosia, that the most important development was the unblocking of a €90 billion loan for Ukraine, adding that the main topic of talks would be the EU’s multiannual financial framework for 2028–2034.
