Montenegro to mark Jasenovac genocide remembrance day amid controversy

ZAGREB, 20 April (Hina) - Montenegro’s parliament will on Tuesday mark the Day of Remembrance for victims of genocide in the concentration camps Jasenovac, Mauthausen and Dachau for the first time since adopting a controversial 2024 resolution that prompted a Croatian protest note and heightened bilateral tensions.
