No fuel price cuts for BiH citizens as no deal on lower excise duties

ZAGREB, 23 March (Hina) - Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not see cheaper fuel, as amendments to reduce excise duties were not passed on Monday, and the main reason lies in deep political conflicts that have paralysed state institutions for years.
