Plenković: Credit rating upgrade benefits state and citizens

ZAGREB, 18 March (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday that Croatia's credit rating upgrade would enable cheaper borrowing for the state and have positive effects on citizens.
