Milanović: For some, credit rating is a fetish; what matters is how country borrows

ZAGREB, 15 March (Hina) - Croatian President Zoran Milanović on Sunday commented on the country's recent credit rating upgrade from A- to A, noting that credit ratings used to carry more weight, that some treat them as a "fetish", and that what really matters is how the country borrows and at what cost.
