First conscripts arriving at barracks after 18-year-long hiatus in mandatory draft

ZAGREB, 9 March (Hina) - The first conscripts arrived on Monday for basic military training at barracks in Požega, Knin and Slunj, a total of 800 of them, and in Slunj, the first 200 were welcomed by Defence Minister Ivan Anušić and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, General Tihomir Kundid.
