ZAGREB, 9 March (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina appears unlikely to achieve significant progress toward EU membership before the current government's term ends, and chances of accessing nearly €1 billion from the Western Balkans Growth Plan are diminishing, local media reported on Monday.
