EC: Croatia decides whether Russian oil can pass through Adriatic pipeline

ZAGREB, 27 Feb (Hina) - EU member states are responsible for enforcing sanctions, and therefore it is up to Croatia to decide whether to allow Russian oil to pass through the Adriatic pipeline, European Commission spokesperson Anna Kaisa Itkonen said on Friday.
