EU to start provisional application of Mercosur trade deal

ZAGREB, 27 Feb (Hina) - The European Commission decided on Friday to begin provisional application of the trade agreement with the South American Mercosur bloc after it was ratified by Argentina and Uruguay, with Brazil and Paraguay expected to follow.
