Banja Luka mayor pays €700 fine over speech in Gračac

ZAGREB, 10 Feb (Hina) - Banja Luka Mayor Draško Stanivuković said on Tuesday he had paid a €700 fine after being detained by Croatian police at the Gradiška border crossing over a recent speech in which he called for the restoration of the self-proclaimed Republic of Serb Krajina.
