Europeans ready to offer Ukraine legally binding guarantees with US "key role"

ZAGREB, 6 Jan (Hina) - European countries are expected on Tuesday to signal their readiness to provide legally binding security guarantees to Ukraine, with the US playing a "key role" in their implementation and intervening in the event of a new attack, according to a draft joint declaration from the "coalition of the willing" meeting in Paris.
