Four organisation received the maximum possible amount of €20,000 each for their projects.
These are the Argentine–Croatian Chamber of Commerce (CACIC) from Buenos Aires, the Association of Croatian British Professionals CIC from London, the Croatian National Council in Serbia, and the Association of Croatian American Professionals from the United States, as announced on the official website of the Central State Office for Croats Abroad.
The projects they are implementing include: expanding the strategic plan to increase CACIC’s visibility and presence among different social groups; securing permanent premises for the operation of the Croatian Supplementary School in London and the Joint Cultural Centre of the Croatian community; increasing the visibility of Croats in the Republic of Serbia; and the jubilee 10th annual conference of the Association of Croatian American Professionals.
Two projects received €17,500 each from the Office: the Croatian Cultural Centre "Srijem" - Croatian Home in Sremska Mitrovica for the replacement of the roof on the building, and the Roman Catholic Parish of Saint Demetrius, also from the same town, for the project Through Culture Towards the Preservation of Christian Identity.
Five projects received €15,000 each.
Those projects are about connecting and preserving Croatian culture and traditions in the diaspora; Croats in Tarapacá: Teaching our history in schools; a concert tour of klapa ensembles from Buenos Aires in Croatia; and assistance to Croatian families on the island of Margarita. These projects were submitted by the Australian - Croatian Club Braća Radić, the Croatian Home Iquique from Chile, the Croatian Civic Association Jadran from Buenos Aires, and the Zdenac Association from Dugo Selo.
The Antun Gustav Matoš Foundation from Belgrade also received the same amount for its operational activities.
The Zavjet Gospi Association from Čitluk and the Jare Volunteer Fire Brigade from Široki Brijeg each received €14,000 from the Office, for a documentary film on the life and spiritual legacy of Fr Slavko Barbarić, and for the procurement of a fire-fighting vehicle, respectively.
An amount of €13,750 was awarded to the Croatian Cultural Centre "Bunjevačko kolo" from Subotica for the project Integrating Cultural Tradition into the National Identity of Bunjevci Croats, and to the Croatian National Council of Montenegro for the project Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Croats of the Bay of Kotor – publication of the book Red Croatia, the Bust of King Tomislav and Croatian Kings in Donja Lastva.
The Office allocated €12,000 each to eight projects, and €10,000 each to a further twelve projects.
One-off aid, mostly in the amount of €700, as well as several grants of €1,200 and €2,500, were awarded by the Office to Croats living in difficult social, material or health-related circumstances in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany and Kosovo.
The Office allocated €1.8 million on the basis of the second public call for applications addressing special needs and projects of interest to Croats living outside Croatia. Previously, under the first call, it had awarded €1.5 million, bringing the total amount allocated to €3.3 million.
