ZAGREB, 11 July (Hina) - High Criminal Court has rejected the state prosecutor's appeal and upheld Zagreb County Court's ruling to acquit former officials of the Croatian Postal Bank (HPB) and entrepreneurs of charges in the case dubbed ATM ("Bankomat"), the appellate court reported on Friday.
