MPs back exemptions from notarial fees and new asset value declarations

ZAGREB, 16 June (Hina) - Under the amendments to the Notarial Fees Act, parties will be required to submit, along with their request for exemption from paying the fee, a certificate from the Tax Administration detailing the amount of their income and earnings, as well as data on the value of their own assets and those of their family members.
