HUP: Voucher-based adult education system proves highly successful

ZAGREB, 11 June (Hina) - Croatia's voucher-based adult education system is proving highly successful in helping both employed and unemployed citizens gain in-demand skills and boost their job market competitiveness, the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) emphasised at a press conference on Wednesday.
