Milanović's Montenegro visit a signal of "good-neighbourliness” amid strained ties

ZAGREB, 26 March (Hina) - Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović stated on Wednesday that Croatian President Zoran Milanović's visit to Montenegro at the start of his second term is a shared message of good neighbourly relations at a time of "deteriorated" ties between the two countries.
