International Day of Forests: 95% of Croatian forests are natural

ZAGREB, 21 March (Hina) - More than 49% of Croatia's land area is covered by forests, 95% of which are natural, and forestry experts reassure the public on International Day of Forests that there is no need to worry about their fate, emphasising that forests are managed thoughtfully, professionally and in a planned manner.
