Last surviving Partisan from Neretva and Sutjeska attends presidential inauguration

ZAGREB, 18 Feb (Hina) – Vjera Andrijić, the last surviving Partisan from the WWII battles of Neretva and Sutjeska, attended the inauguration of President Zoran Milanović on Tuesday. The 101-year-old said the occasion fulfilled her long-held wish, allowing her to commemorate both her own life and the lives of her comrades-in-arms.
