ZAGREB, 21 Jan (Hina) - State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Vedran Špehar, dismissed opposition claims on Tuesday during a parliamentary debate on amendments to the Electricity Market Act, stating that retail chains are not registered as closed distribution systems.
