ZAGREB, 15 Jan (Hina) - SDP MP Arsen Bauk on Wednesday warned Defence Minister Ivan Anušić and the ruling coalition that a referendum would be held should the proposed amendments to the Defence Act change the powers of the army's commander-in-chief.
