ZAGREB, 1 Jan (Hina) -  A few new laws in the areas of construction and physical planning, social welfare, the status of foreigners, and environmental protection come into force in Croatia on 1 January and some of them regulate apartment rentals and introduce fees for plastic bags primarily used for fruits and vegetables.
