PM: Government offers unions base pay rise of 3% in Feb, another 3% in Sept

ZAGREB, 27 Dec (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Friday the government offered public and civil service unions a base pay increase of 3% starting on 1 February, with payment in March, and an additional 3% on 1 September, with payment in October.
